Rooms range from private hotel rooms to shared rooms. All heated units include a wardrobe, tea and coffee making facilities, and an en suite bathroom. The rooms are clean and warm, with comfortable beds. There is no TV or fridge in the rooms. Rates are per person, not per room, and the hotel may assign a smaller room if fewer guests are booked.

Breakfast and dinner are included. Breakfast has eggs, bacon, hash browns, cereal, muesli, and fruit. Dinner changes daily and includes options like lamb shanks and roast pork, plus a 'grill your own' choice of steak, chicken, or seafood with salad or vegetables. The Fourteen Fifty Bar & Grill serves cocktails by the fireplace. Special diet menus and kids' meals are available.

Free entertainment runs most nights: live music, magician shows, movie nights, and trivia. There is a games room, a communal TV lounge, and a bar with a fireplace. The hotel also has a souvenir shop, a self-service laundry, and on-site ski and snowboard hire. Board games and kids' activities are available.
